Jose's Ridge Site Detail

This ridge faces due west and is a good alternative if the wind is too west once you get up to the top of Snow King. It is also a fun hike from the valley if you like such things.

When driving from Downtown Jackson Hole turn left on Powder Horn lane. Take this until it ends and park.

Hike down the bike path and across a small bridge. Then head up a marked trail to the top of the ridge.

This is also a good launch option if you are on Snow King and the wind shifts too far West. Then you can hike an established trail from the Snow King launch to Jose's Ridge.
